Please note that any orders for our NEXT DAY SERVICE must be placed by 2pm the previous day. Any NEXT DAY DELIVERY ORDERS placed after 2pm on Fridays will not be dispatched until the next available working day. The estimated date of delivery will generally be the following Tuesday.
Any orders for SATURDAY DELIVERY placed after 12pm Friday will not be dispatched until the following Monday. The estimated date of delivery will generally be the following Saturday.
All deliveries to destinations outside the UK may be subject to import duties and taxes, which are levied by the importing country at the time of which the delivery arrives in your country. All applicable duties, fees and any additional charges are outside of our control, and therefore you will be deemed responsible for these payments.
Since Brexit, we are now required by law to make a few changes in order to comply with new government regulations. The following protocols apply:
Orders to all European countries (including the Republic of Ireland)
For now, these orders must be taken over the telephone. Our team is currently working really hard behind the scenes to re-automate this process, so watch this space. But until then, please contact our Customer Support Team number on 0044-161-368-9639.
Orders to the Isle of Man, Highlands and Channel Islands
Delivery prices to these areas are both weight and size dependent. Please note that we reserve the right to contact you regarding a price increase to take additional payment if required.
Returns and Refunds
Although our Saints love our products, we recognise that on occasion there is a genuine reason for a return. We’ve made this a straightforward process.
We will happily provide you with a full refund as long as your item is unused and in a saleable condition. If you need to make a return, give us a ring on 0161 368 9638 or e-mail us at email@example.com within 14 days of your receipt of goods.
We will then send an address label out to you, as well as a returns form (one of these should also be included in your original packaging).
Simply fill out your returns form, clearly labelling your full name, address and name of the item you are returning. Pack up your goods in their original packaging with the filled-in returns form included, and our sent-out address label clearly affixed to outside of the box. Then send the package back to us at:

Please remember to obtain proof of postage of your return. It may take up to between 5 and 7 working days for your full refunded amount to appear in your bank account.
Need An Extra Hand?
If your item is too large to return without some assistance, we are happy to arrange a courier collection service for you.
Once you get in touch with us, please let us know that you would like to organise a courier collection service, as well as the date and time that you would like to send the item(s) back to us. We will then choose a courier based on this information and keep you informed.
Please note that you have up to 14 days to make a return from the date you originally received your goods.
There is also a small fee for our courier service. We charge £15.00 for the first package to be returned, and then £5.00 each for any further packages thereafter.
If your item arrived damaged or faulty, then we will gladly waive the courier fee for you.
Regretfully, any items returned to us without a returns form included cannot be refunded.
We will carefully inspect the returned goods once they arrive at our warehouse. If we are satisfied with the condition of the item, we will then process your refund.
Any damaged items received must be reported to us within 24 hours of delivery. Please send in clear photographic evidence of any damage via firstname.lastname@example.org for us to make an assessment based on this claim.

Important Information Regarding COVID-19 and Pre-Orders
We are pleased to inform you that we are now operating as per normal with the current government advised COVID-19 restrictions in place to protect both our customers and staff.
All of our in-stock items are now back to business as usual, and will meet both our ‘Next Day’ and ‘3-5 Working Days’ timescales.
The effect of COVID-19 has been wide-ranging on our business. The combination of a massive surge in demand for products, the requirement for PPE worldwide and factories in India working reduced hours or having limited staff due to infections has created a perfect storm, resulting in the knock-on effect of delays that are outside of our control.
We must make it clear that these issues are affecting industries worldwide and are not limited to Where Saints Go.
Whilst our WSG team will endeavour to keep pre-order customers informed with up-to-date delivery dates as soon as we have knowledge of them, please be aware before placing your order that your initial quoted date may be subject to change.
We make it our aim to avoid disappointment.
