Important Updates as of January 2021

EU Deliveries

Since Brexit, we are now required by law to make a few changes in order to comply with new government regulations. The following protocols apply:

Orders to all European countries (including the Republic of Ireland)

For now, these orders must be taken over the telephone. Our team is currently working really hard behind the scenes to re-automate this process, so watch this space. But until then, please contact our Customer Support Team number on 0044-161-368-9639.

Orders to the Isle of Man, Highlands and Channel Islands

Delivery prices to these areas are both weight and size dependent. Please note that we reserve the right to contact you regarding a price increase to take additional payment if required.

Please Note

Any orders for our NEXT DAY SERVICE must be placed by 2pm the previous day. Any NEXT DAY DELIVERY ORDERS placed after 2pm on Fridays will not be dispatched until the next available working day. The estimated date of delivery will generally be the following Tuesday.

Any orders for SATURDAY DELIVERY placed after 12pm Friday will not be dispatched until the following Monday. The estimated date of delivery will generally be the following Saturday.

All deliveries to destinations outside the UK may be subject to import duties and taxes, which are levied by the importing country at the time of which the delivery arrives in your country. All applicable duties, fees and any additional charges are outside of our control, and therefore you will be deemed responsible for these payments.

Whilst we endeavour to get your new goodies over to you on the day we say, we cannot always make this a guarantee.

Our products are held in different warehouses, so the time it takes to get them to you may vary. Our product pages are as clear as possible about your ETA. Items available now can generally be shipped the very next day. For pre-orders, we do our very best to work to the estimated date.

Some things are outside of our control (you know the deal - alien invasion, nuclear war, global pandemics...) and so the original estimated arrival date may change a little.
