30 Day Returns

Although our Saints love our products, we recognise that on occasion there is a genuine reason for a return. We’ve made this a straightforward process.

We like to make returns swift, simple and stress-free. We will happily provide you with a full refund if your item is unused and in a saleable condition. Simply add your return request to our online portal here: https://wheresaintsgo.co.uk/rma/guest/login/ pack up your goods in their original packaging along with the filled-in returns form (We'll send you this through the portal), then send the package back to us at:

To make sure we receive your order back safely, please use a tracked and insured courier and obtain proof of postage of your return. It may take up to 10 working days from the day we receive your order back for us to process your refund. Unfortunately we can't be held liable for parcels not received back to us.

You must advise us of your intention to return within 14 days of delivery, you then have up to 30 days to make a return from the date you originally received your goods.

Regretfully, any items returned to us without a returns form included cannot be refunded it helps us match up your return to your order, and without it we're not able to.

Our team will carefully inspect the returned goods once they arrive at our warehouse. If they are satisfied with the condition of the item, we will then process your refund.
