What Are Your Opening Hours?

You can place an order on the website 24 hours a day but if you want to talk to us then our office hours are currently 9-5 Monday to Friday and 10 – 6pm on Saturday

How Much Does Delivery Cost?

Our standard 3 working day delivery to the UK mainland costs £5.95 per consignment. Please refer to our dedicated Delivery Information page for further details, including Next Day Delivery, non-mainland UK charges and price differences regarding the size of your order.

Do you ship products Internationally?

Yes, but since Brexit, we are now required by law to make a few changes to any orders made to all European countries (including ROI). For now, these orders must be made over the telephone on 0044-161-368-9639 or drop an email to support@wheresaintsgo.co.uk. Please consult our Delivery Information page for further information.

I Want More Information on a Product

Can I Order by Phone?

Yes, you can please feel free to give one of our Sales Team a call on 0161 368 9638 during normal working hours noted above.

Can I Collect the Products?

Yes, you can collect the products from our warehouse at prior arrangement and between normal working hours Monday to Friday

I Can’t Apply My Promotional Code?

From time to time we may experience glitches with the system. If you can’t apply your promotional code, then contact us on 0161 368 9638 or on support@wheresaintsgo.co.uk immediately and one of us will be able to assist you.

What Do I Do If My Order Does Not arrive?

In the unlikely event your parcel is not delivered, please contact our customer services team on 01613689638 or email us at support@wheresaintsgo.co.uk stating your name and order number and we will investigate it immediately. All our parcels are tracked so we will be able to resolve any problems quickly for you.

What If I'm Not in When You Deliver

You should receive a text from the courier confirming an approximate delivery date and time. If you miss the courier, please look out for a calling card and/or text message which will tell you what to do next.

What Is Your Policy on Returns?

My Product has arrived faulty what shall I do?

You should notify us within 24 hours of any faulty goods. Please refer to our returns page for full details as to what to do.
