What is the process if I wish to return my entire order?

If you've used a Pay Later or Pay in Instalments option, returns are accepted within 90 days of the order date. If your payment plan has been settled, refunds will be processed back to the original payment method, which will then credit your account. If there are outstanding payments, you'll receive a refund for the amount paid, with future payments cancelled.
