Access to your home/establishment must be clear for the driver, and the entrance must be spacious enough for larger items to fit through. Make sure that all paths and gangways are cleared in advance.

Our delivery team will deliver your new item(s) to your room of choice.

Upon request, they will also unwrap and remove any unwanted packaging.

If the team feels that the delivering process is unsafe, or that access may cause damage to either the item(s) or your property, we reserve the right to refuse to carry out the delivery. In this instance, the item(s) will either be left at your door or be returned to our warehouse. This will carry a chargeable fee of up to £50.
